We believe leadership begins with self-awareness. Our three-level framework — Self-Leadership, Active Followershi, and Leading Others — supports students’ growth from knowing themselves to contributing meaningfully and ultimately leading with purpose.

About Our Workshops
Leader Identity Development: Finding the Leader in You
In this interactive workshop, participants will identify the “crucible moments” Warren Bennis believed shape leadership development and reflect on how those experiences influence their own leadership identities. They will also explore the leadership behaviors they already demonstrate and learn strategies for strengthening their capacity to lead.
What’s Your Vision: Clarifying Your Personal Leadership Mission
Personal vision and mission statements provide direction and drive the realization of our goals and dreams. In this workshop, participants will be guided through a series of activities to craft your their personal leadership mission statement and vision board.
The Impostor Within: Understanding and Conquering Impostor Syndrome
In this workshop, participants will learn how imposter syndrome is defined and how common it is. They will identify past imposter syndrome experiences, receive guidance on overcoming imposter syndrome, and explore strategies to mitigate and prevent imposter syndrome.
Active Followership: Learning to Follow with Purpose and Influence
Leading and following are two sides of the same coin. Everyone needs the ability to do both, because no matter your title, you’ll lead in some moments and follow in others. This workshop focuses on engaging intentionally as a follower — clarifying what you need to succeed and contributing to organizational goals by influencing without authority.
