At the Carl H. Lindner College of Business, our mission is to empower business problem solvers to tackle the world’s challenges.
We fuel professional growth through our distinctive combination of academic and hands-on experiences: our problem-solving mindset, cooperative education, flexible pathways, dynamic and supportive community, and vibrant, urban setting.
Lindner students recognize their leadership potential, elevate their skills and build their resumes, networks and confidence through experiential learning opportunities — the gold standard of which is co-op.
Through co-op, our students graduate with multiple, paid professional experiences through Lindner’s hundreds of employer partners. And those experiences pay off, with nearly 90% of our students securing full-time employment within three months of graduation.
Begin your business problem-solving journey today.

From day one, Lindner’s First-Year Experience ensures that students are immersed in an environment centered on project-based and hands-on learning. You’ll make friends in no time and develop a second family through a learning community of 15-20 other students.
Lindner propels UC’s co-op tradition by connecting students with small to mid-sized businesses, nonprofits and large corporations in the Greater Cincinnati area and beyond. During the 2023-24 academic year, Lindner students completed co-ops with nearly 500 companies.
Seeking professional growth or a career transition? The Lindner MBA provides a unique, customizable and experiential degree program that connects you with industry leaders. Our full-time MBA is No. 3 in the nation in return on investment (Bloomberg Businessweek), while both our full-time and part-time MBA programs are No. 1 in Ohio (Fortune).
One of the best things about Lindner, one of the reasons that I chose it when I was making my college decision, was because I knew experiential learning was so prevalent and such an important part of the experience. And it’s been even better than expected.
