Sodiq's research focuses on relational dynamics, particularly the interactions between supervisors and subordinates, employees and their spouses, and coworkers. He is also interested in understanding how subjective time shapes employee behavior.

Sharmeen's research focuses on the physiological and cognitive processes underlying dyadic interactions, with a particular interest in workplace attraction, gender and leader-follower relations.
