Founded in 2023 by Kit Brunner, Queen City Impact is a family advising firm that specializes in philanthropic stewardship and family governance facilitation.
QCI is a trusted representative of our clients and their philanthropic endeavors, advocating to create meaningful and lasting impact. We are a guide to help discover, create, and facilitate opportunities to prioritize time and talents, pursue personal passions and family dreams, and to enjoy success and legacy now.
Products and/or Services
QCI provides project-based and retainer structured services that are designed to enhance social capital, transition family legacy, and experience a deeper and more human impact with philanthropy. Our philanthropic areas of expertise are landscape assessments, charitable partner identification, major gift stewardship, and impact measurement and evaluation. QCI developed a proprietary Family Advising Toolkit with a series of modules that deepen the social and human impact of our conversations, plans, and services with multi-generational families, family offices, and foundations.
These tools are designed to build mutual trust, identify sources of values, clarify a shared purpose, and other outcomes that bring relief and solutions to unique family dynamics. We specialize in family storytelling, purpose & values exploration, social capital enhancement, and next-generation leadership training & philanthropy.

QCI joined the Goering Center as an Associate Member in 2026.
