Center faculty are available for training, Baldrige assessment and feedback, assistance in preparing Baldrige or Ohio Partnership for Excellence applications, and presenting public or in-house seminars on various topics on performance excellence, including those defined by the Baldrige Criteria categories:

- Process Management
