Teaching TQM

The Center offers an elective course entitled Managing for Quality and High Performance (OM 771) and Introduction to Six Sigma and Process Improvement (OM 772) at the MBA level as well as the first required undergraduate course in the operations management focus concentration for the BBA degree.
