Help Desk Hours

  Monday - Thursday 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Not Available

Support Procedures
  1. For help with any IT related issue, all College of Business faculty and staff should call the College of Business helpdesk at 556-7159 for first level support.
  2. The helpdesk staff will determine if the issue can be resolved over the phone. If the issue is not resolved, an appropriate IT staff member will be contacted to address the matter.
  3. If there is an emergency situation (such as computer not booting) or if the issue demands the immediate attention of the IT staff, an appropriate IT member will be contacted immediately.
  4. Once apprised of the situation, a member of the IT staff will contact the user requiring support and a time estimate for resolution of the issue will be given.
