Where can I get help with a problem or question?
You should seek help from the lab consultants located in 211C. If a consultant cannot be found, please be patient as they are likely delivering and/or setting up classroom equipment.
What can I expect from the lab consultants?
The lab consultants primary responsibility is to guide students on how to use the labs. They can assist you with technical problems such as printer errors, software glitches, and hardware problems. Consultants also help with other minor problems that may occur in the labs (e.g., finding applications, virus protection and disk failure). They are here to help you use the computer labs and its applications. They are not here for one-on-one tutorials or as teaching assistants to help with your homework problems. Consultants are explicitly instructed to refrain from assisting students with writing program code or solving homework problems.
