Microsoft Office 2007 Upgrade
Attention: All faculty that use any Microsoft Office software in the classroom
Starting summer quarter, Microsoft Office 2003 will be upgrade to Microsoft Office 2007 in all labs and classrooms. Due to drastic changes in the Office 07 interface, faculty using Office 2003 on their office machines will need to be upgraded to avoid confusion in the classroom. Also, assignments and documentation using Office 2003 will need to be modified accordingly for Office 2007.
Upgrade Procedure: Please call the help desk at 556-7159 to schedule an upgrade for your office desktop/laptop.
Crystal Ball Software Upgrade
Attention: All faculty that use the Crystal Ball Software
Starting summer quarter, Crystal Ball will be upgraded to version 7. This version will compatibility with Microsoft Office 2007. Due to drastic changes in the Office 2007 interface, faculty using Office 2003 on their office machines will need to be upgraded to avoid confusion in the classroom. PHStat2 Excel Addin
Attention: All faculty that use the PHStat2 Excel Addin
Starting summer quarter, PHStat2 will be upgraded to version 2.7.0 in the labs and classrooms. This version is compatible with Microsoft Office 2007. Please make the appropriate adjustments for assignments and documentation.
Solver Excel Addin Office 2007
Attention: All faculty that use the Solver Excel Addin
Starting summer quarter, Excel Solver will be installed as an addin with Office 2007. Since Office 2003 will no longer be available in the labs or classrooms, faculty are advised to upgrade. Please make the appropriate adjustments for assignments and documentation.
