Information Technology and Instructional Equipment (ITIE)
The University will allocate Information Technology and Instructional Equipment (ITIE) fee revenues only for expenditures that directly support student learning by providing access to information technology and other laboratory and instructional equipment and supplies. The College of Business ITIE funds are strictly spent on students and technology resources that students directly touch. This includes, but is not limited to, labs, classrooms, wired and wireless network ports in the lab, classrooms and hallways, server infrastructure, software and support for the students. All other IT expenses are covered by the local departments, usually lumped in with supply money/computing expenses that departments have set aside for such things.
