The following recommendations have been approved for all College of Business Applications.
The University of Cincinnati Information Technology Department (UCit) provides support on all pre configured Dell Computing Systems (NOTE: we do not support Inspiron and Dimension Systems).
Pre-configured Dell systems are shipped with Windows XP Professional.
Dell has outstanding support and warranties ranging from one year to four years.
All systems come with an integrated 802.11b/g wireless card compatible with current UC wireless networks.
