Director
Dr. Charles H. Matthews is Founder and Executive Director of the UC Center for Entrepreneurship Education and Research and Distinguished Teaching Professor at the University of Cincinnati's College of Business. He has been Director of the university's SBI program since 1982. Dr. Matthews serves as Faculty Advisor for field case teams at the graduate level.

Undergraduate Field Case Coordinator
Dr. Tom Dalziel is Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Cincinnati's College of Business. In 2005, the University of Cincinnati proudly marked the re-entry of faculty-guided, student-based field cases at the undergraduate level under the guidance of Dr. Dalziel.
