Carl Segal Scholarship
Two $2,500 awards are given annually to academically strong undergraduate majors in real estate. Awarded by the Dean of the undergraduate program in consultation with the Director of the Real Estate Program.
Selonick Scholarship
The James B. Selonick Scholarship encourages and assists qualified students interested in real estate related careers. Several annual awards are available. Each spring, $1,000 to $2,500 is given to undergraduate students, and $1,500 to $5,000 to MBA students
Annual Scholarships

Willingham Scholarship
$1,000 will be given to a real estate major based on academic excellence and need. Awarded by the Undergraduate Dean in consultation with the Director of the Real Estate Program.
Ruth and Marie Steigarwald/ORP Scholarship
ORP Real Estate Group of Hyde Park offers a $1,500 yearly scholarship to a female real estate major with a financial need.
Devitt Scholarship
Devitt & Associates Inc. offers a $1,500 yearly scholarship to a real estate major with a financial need.
NAIOP Scholarship
The local NAIOP ( National Association of Industrial and Office Parks) chapter offers one scholarship of $1500 in the spring to a student interested in real estate, based on financial need and academic achievement.

The Toledo Community Foundation administers annual scholarships for students in the field of real estate. Candidates must have completed at least two real estate courses leading to an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree.
