On-Campus Recruiting:
The CoB Business Career Center strives to provide outstanding service to our valued employers. To assist you, we utilize monsterTRAK.com, the premiere web-based resume and job posting system.
To assist employers, the Business Career Center will perform all required data input for posting your job announcements and your on-campus graduate recruiting agenda (including company information, job descriptions and application deadlines). Please contact Susan McCord at (513) 556-7188 or e-mail susan.mccord@uc.edu regarding your graduate recruiting needs and to establish your recruiting date(s).
We can also coordinate your on-campus interview schedule at your convenience in Lindner Hall, home of the College of Business. Interviews typically begin each year in October and run through the end of May.
Off-Campus Recruiting:
For employers who prefer to interview selected candidates at their headquarters, please submit a job description for a Resume Drop on monsterTRAK.com. Your job posting will be listed free of charge. Please e-mail your job description to Susan McCord for posting. All graduate students seeking employment have access to this site, and interested candidates' resumes will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of your resume drop deadline. You may follow up directly with selected candidates.
Electronic Resume Book:
Free web-based resumes are available for your review. They are organized by student concentration(s) for your ease of identifying qualified candidates. To ensure student confidentiality and restrict resumes from third-party recruiters, access is password protected. Please e-mail Susan McCord or call her at (513) 556-7188 for the user name and password.
Free web-based resumes are also available through monsterTRAK.com for your review. To receive sets of resumes via e-mail please contact Susan McCord.
Career Fairs:
