The University of Cincinnati offers various financial aid programs. These programs are available for qualified Masters students based on academic performance, personal/professional/achievement, and recommendations without regard to financial need. These awards are available on a limited basis for incoming full-time students and may be in the form of either a University Graduate Scholarship or a Graduate Assistantship.
- A University Graduate Scholarship (UGS) award covers all or a portion of the student's tuition cost. A UGS requires no service contribution to the College of Business or Department of Accounting.
- A Graduate Assistantship (GA) award pays a living stipend and includes a full tuition scholarship and waiver of general fees for three quarters. A GA requires a service contribution of 20 hours per week to the College of Business or Department of Accounting.
The Accountancy Board of Ohio offers an Education Assistance Program to assist minority and financially disadvantaged students who wish to pursue the fifth year of education now required for CPA certification. Scholarship commitments may be awarded to any sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled in an accounting program.
