Application for the UC MBA program is open to any student with an undergraduate or graduate degree - regardless of field of study. We seek students whose academic records and work experiences identify them as people with the ability to succeed in the program and add to its richness and diversity.

Admission is selective and based on a combination of factors including academic and professional achievement, performance on a standardized test (GMAT), strong communication skills and a proven record of effective leadership.

College seniors are encouraged to apply.

STEP 1
Prior to starting the MBA application, have the following information available:

  • GMAT scores or a scheduled test date (ETS code: 1833)
  • Dates of all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended
  • Undergraduate and graduate cumulative grade point average
  • Collegiate and community extracurricular activities and offices held
  • Distinctions, honors and awards received
  • TOEFL scores or scheduled test date (international applicants only)
  • MBA completion option you have chosen

Applicants interested in the MBA/MS 21-month option must fill out an additional application for the MS program. Each application is reviewed by separate departments.
