The Management Department includes a valued complement of faculty. Expertise canvasses organizational behavior (e.g., fairness, identity and networking), organization theory (e.g., communities of practice, international management, and innovation) and strategic management (e.g., entrepreneurship, competitive analysis, and technology and innovation management). Faculty conduct scholarly research, provide timely consulting, and support new venture creation. Yet vital commonalities underlie the department.
