College of Business freshman participate in a two-quarter course - Managerial Skills Practicum. To enhance student academic and professional preparation, this introductory course was dramatically revised to include three, interwoven components:
- Key Concepts and Best Practices
Each week, Mary Gorman, Instructor of Business Foundations, leads lectures and discussions focused on today's business environment and critical business functions.
- Student Teams
During breakout sections, students work with a highly selective group of student Teaching Assistants, focusing on Project Fast Track and interactive exercises.
- Executive Panels
Throughout fall and winter quarter, managers from leading Cincinnati businesses will share their business experiences and expertise.
