The Finance Department doctoral program seeks to develop exceptional scholars. This small, interactive and highly selective program includes students from varied educational backgrounds and nationalities. Students with strong math background are especially encouraged to apply. Our doctoral students work closely with the faculty and peers, while gaining experience with research and teaching. The emphasis of the program is to produce students capable of high quality research and be highly effective teachers. Our recent graduates have taken positions at Oregon State , Brigham Young University , LSU, University of Idaho , and other excellent private and public universities.
