A real estate major at UC is flexible and broad-based, while emphasizing an entrepreneurial spirit. It combines a core curriculum covering the functional areas of business with specialized coursework in real estate, finance, urban economics and planning. Additionally, UC provides a strong offering of related courses in construction, geography, planning, urban economics and civil engineering.
