Admission
Admission for the Back to Business program is open to any industry professional with 5–7 years of experience and an undergraduate degree—regardless of field of study. Due to limited class size, admission to the program is selective and based on a combination of factors, including strong communication skills, both oral and written, and work experience.
A complete application is required of all applicants. We encourage you to apply as early as possible to ensure consideration.

If accepted, registration in the program requires a $500 deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded upon successful completion of the program. We suggest that participants, upon finding a job, or the prospective employer, gift the UC Foundation reasonable value of the program.
