Tuesday, November 1, Marketing for Ethnic Student Career Fair, CD&P – Kay Allen
Need help posting signs, passing out fliers, etc. Anytime during the day.
Wednesday, November 2, Ethnic Student Career Fair, Great Hall – Kay Allen, CD&P
Need students to assist in set-up, registration, act as employer escorts, direct students to Pavilion, help in clean-up.
8:00-5:00 (can work any or all of the time)
9:00-12:00 – Help with set-up. May be heavy boxes etc, to carry. Direct employers.
12:00-4:00 – Work Tables, direct students, serve as Host/Hostess
4:00-5:00 – Break down, help reload displays, clean up.

Friday, November 4, Women In Technology Conference, GE Learning Center – Dr. Marianne Lewis
Help set up and work registration table.
7:30am-10:00am
Invited to sit in on presentations and/or stay for lunch

Monday, November 7, Rotary Camp Enterprise Program, Blue Ash Quality Inn - Scott Gregory
UC Business executing a business case study during Monday afternoon of the programs 3 day event.
12:30-1:30 (free lunch)
1:30-5pm – mentoring participants in a case study

Thursday, November 17, Executive Panel on Global Business Issues, TUC Theatre – Dr. Marianne Lewis
As part of International Education Week, CoB will present their first Public Business Forum to talk about global issues.
Ambassadors are needed to greet guests and guide them to the room

Friday, November 18, Young Entrepreneur Seminar, TUC Great Hall, Professor Charles Matthews, Gloria Parker
A program for high school and college students who want practical ideas for starting a business enterprise. Will include a keynote speaker and several workshops
Can work different shifts:
7:45am-9:30am, Registration
11:30 noon -1:30pm, lunch, help with case work, answer questions
Any or all may stay for lunch

Graduation ceremony for Summer and Fall quarter for all Masters graduates. Need ambassadors to help set-up, usher graduates, pass out programs, etc.

Help with check in – welcome to stay for the conference

Major Mentor Program , Center for Exploratory Studies -, Lenora Sotlar
Serve as a peer mentor in a particular area of study. You will meet with another University of Cincinnati student who has requested a mentor to discuss the mentor's major area of study. You will be asked questions such as: what it's like to study in your major, who are the best professors with certain teaching styles, etc. You will not be expected to conduct academic advising.
