Dean
Dr. Will McIntosh is the 8th dean of the college. He has degrees from the University of North Texas and Eastern Kentucky University.
Previously, Dean McIntosh was the managing director and global head of research and strategy for ING Real Estate Investment Management. Professional experience also includes work at AIG Real Estate Investment Corp., and Prudential Global Asset Management Group. He also was director of the Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Kentucky.
Dean McIntosh serves, or has served, on the Board of Directors of five national real estate and finance organizations. He is published in numerous academic and professional journals.
Carl H. Lindner Hall
Carl H. Lindner Hall is a modern facility that houses electronic classrooms, student service and study areas, state-of-the-art computer laboratories, a 315-person auditorium, faculty and administrative offices, and a parking garage.
College of Business Centennial 1906-2006
The College of Business celebrated its centennial in 2006. The College is quickly becoming internationally recognized as a leading urban-research college, providing innovative, rigorous, and relevant undergraduate and graduate degree programs with an emphasis on co-operative education, international studies, leadership training, and commitment to community service.
