Therese Sprinkle
PhD Student

Therese is a third year PhD student in the Management department at the College of Business. Her research areas include organizational justice, roles/careers and the work/family nexus.

Prior to entering UC College of Business for her PhD, Therese spent 30 years in the Marketing Research industry as an Account Executive servicing top consumer package goods firms such as the sister units of PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark, Georgia-Pacific, International Paper, and Philips Electronics. Therese was an owner at Directions Research, Inc. a private MR firm here hq in Cincinnati.
