Suzanne S. Masterson, PhDSuzanne S. Masterson is an Associate Professor of Management and Management Doctoral Program Coordinator for Enrolled Students. Her research interests encompass organizational fairness, employment relationships, and quality. In the fairness arena, Dr. Masterson's work falls into two broad streams: (1) identifying the dimensions of fairness; and (2) understanding the outcomes of fairness. In particular, Dr. Masterson is interested in exploring the multiple effects of organizational procedures and managerial actions as they impact employees' attitudes and behaviors in the workplace. She is also interested in better understanding the relationships that develop within organizations, including those between the organization and its employees, as well as between supervisors and their employees. Her research appears in the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behavior, among other journals.
