Ran Lu
PhD Student

Ran Lu got her B.A. in Economics (major in Financial Engineering) from Renmin University of China and has been a PhD student in Finance Department since 2006. She has broad interest in Asset Pricing and research in Real Estate. Her current research majorly involves stock liquidity and price behavior. She is working on the paper “Liquidity, Price Behavior and Market-related Events” with Dr. John Glascock. She presented another working paper “Macroeconomic Effects on Stock Liquidity” in Eastern Finance Conference 2009. As a PhD student, Ran taught Business Finance in 2008 and currently is a teaching assistant specializing in EXCEL.
