 Nina Thomas returned to the University of Cincinnati in 2004 after a nine year absence. As Director of Undergraduate Programs, she is the team leader for the recruiting and retention efforts for undergraduate students in the College. Previously she served as Assistant Dean/MBA Director at Northern Kentucky University, Director of Academic Advising for the College of Business at the University of Cincinnati, and Director of Academic Planning and Programming, Division of Continuing Education, College of Mount St. Joseph.
