Diana M. Hechavarria is PhD student in the department of Management. Her research and teaching interests address new venture planning, entrepreneurship, innovation and gender. In particular, Diana explores the the various dynamics confronted in the different stages of launching a new firm. Additionally, she currently serves as the Graduate Student Representative on the Board of Trustees for the University of Cincinnati. |
