Marketing PhD Student Wins Honorable Mention in Dissertation Competition

• Helene Deval, PhD Candidate in the Marketing Department, won Honorable Mention (runner-up) in the Society for Consumer Psychology Dissertation Proposal Competition.

Ms. Deval's dissertation is titled: "The Role of Accessibility Experiences in Attitude Formation: Effects of Memory-Based vs. On-Line Processing." Dr. Frank Kardes is serving as Dissertation Chair.

Ms. Deval will present her work at the SCP conference in St. Petersberg, Florida in Feburary, 2010.
