Brett R. Smith is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Management. His research and teaching interests are in the area of entrepreneurship and organizational behavior. In particular, he is focused on the emergent personality theory of social networks in predicting entrepreneurial outcomes and issues of identity and boundaries. He is an award-winning teacher, business plan competitor and faculty advisor with practical experience as an individual entrepreneur, corporate entrepreneur and consultant to small businesses. |
