 Dr. Leonard earned her BA in Contemporary World Literature and her MBA in Information Systems from New York University. Prior to earning her Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati and entering academia, she worked for several years managing large systems development projects for a number of Fortune 100 firms.
Dr. Leonard teaches in the Management and International Business departments and participates in the Study Abroad Programs in Mexico and France. Her research is focused on issues that integrate three topics: informal social networks, personality and the cultural differences between ethnic groups.
