Alexandre B. Lopes, PhDAlex Lopes works with online information goods and collaboration technologies. He has done research on evaluation of online content, strategic positioning of firms distributing real time information, the cross-development of face-to-face and online networks, and the effectiveness of IT camps. He is publishing in Information Systems Research, the Journal of Management Information Systems, Information & Management, Communications of the ACM, and several other journals and conferences, including the Academy of Management Meeting (where he received the Best Paper Award in the Academy of Management Meeting / OCIS Division) and the International Conference on Information Systems.
